Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that helps bring your body back into balance.
During a session, I use light touch (hands on) or hands held above the body ( hands off ) to guide and rebalance your energy. Most people say it is relaxing, peaceful, warm, or tingly - and many drift off into a meditative state or light sleep.
You don’t need to believe in anything or do anything -Reiki works with your body’s own wisdom and goes exactly where it is needed.

When you arrive for a Reiki session, you’ll lie comfortably on the bed, fully clothed with a cosy blanket.
I’ll begin by helping you to relax and grounding your energy. Then through a series of hand placements, I will gently balance your body’s energy flow.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered.
Whether you’re looking to ease stress, find calm, or simply reconnect with yourself, Reiki offers a safe space to rest and reset.
